We collect your email address for authentication, project files you create and save, usage data (credit consumption, generation counts), and billing information processed by Dodo Payments. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your project files are stored to enable saving and loading projects. Your email is used for authentication and transactional emails. We never use your projects to train AI models without explicit consent.
Project data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL, hosted on AWS). Files are encrypted at rest. We use row-level security so you can only access your own data.
If you provision a WyberCloud database, that database (the tables, rows, and any data your app writes to it) runs on a dedicated Google Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL) instance inside SignalPulse Technologies' own Google Cloud project — not a third-party database vendor. Each customer gets an isolated instance with its own randomly generated password; connections are encrypted in transit. We do not read, query, or use the contents of your WyberCloud database ourselves, except: (a) to operate the feature (provisioning, connection health, backups if enabled), or (b) if you use the in-editor Query tool or MCP execute_sql tool yourself. Deleting a project deletes its WyberCloud database and all data on it — this is not recoverable once deleted.
You can export all your project code at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the mobile app (Account → Delete account), on the web at wyberai.com/delete-account, or by emailing hello@wyberai.com. Deletion is immediate; backups are purged within 30 days.
Our iOS and Android apps collect the same data described above and sign you in with the same account. If you enable notifications, we store a device push token to deliver build and account alerts — you can turn this off anytime in your device settings. In-app purchases on mobile are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms; we receive only the confirmation needed to credit your account. The apps do not access your contacts, location, photos, or camera.
We use Anthropic (AI generation), OpenAI (in-app image generation), Composio (the optional connector catalog), Supabase (database), Google Cloud (WyberCloud databases), Dodo Payments (billing), E2B (sandboxes), Vercel (deployment), Resend (email). Each has their own privacy policy.
WyberAi uses Claude (Anthropic) for code generation. Your prompts are sent to Anthropic for processing per their privacy policy. We do not share your code with other users.
You can connect WyberAi to MCP clients (e.g. Claude, Cursor) via our MCP server at wyberai.com/api/mcp, authorized with OAuth or a personal API key. When connected, the client can — on your instruction — create, read, build, and publish your projects and read your account credits, all scoped to your account. Requests you make in the client (prompts, file contents) are sent to WyberAi to carry out the action and processed as described above; we do not read your conversations in the client beyond the tool calls it sends us. You can revoke access anytime by deleting the API key or disconnecting the connector.
